Adult Ballet, Maureen & Keith Robinson: This class is geared toward adults who may have a basic knowledge of classical ballet, but it is not necessary. The class focuses on the basic positions of classical ballet, presented with a relaxed, fun approach.
African Inspired Dance, Shana Bloomstein:
Accompanied by live drumming, this class is open to teens and adults from beginner to advanced levels who wish to explore a blend of Afro-Caribbean, Modern, and West African traditional dance styles. The class begins with a flowing "yoga-modern" based warm-up which moves into isolations and rhythmical floor work. The class is focused on building strength, agility, and awareness, and allows each student to explore the beauty of movement.
Afro-Caribbean Dance, Lisa Newcomb:
A FUN class designed for all levels. We explore the
dances of Haiti, Brazil and West Africa with live drumming accompanying each class.

Ballet II (ages 12 & up), Keith Robinson:
This class is for students with a basic knowledge of classical ballet positions and movements, and has a strong focus on proper body placement and technique. Movements are used in a variety of combinations and patterns.
Ballroom Dance, Courtney Porter:
Courtney Porter teaches three levels of ballroom dance: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Dances change the first week of each month and rotate among the Waltz, Tango, Fox Trot, Swing, Cha Cha, and Rumba.
Essential Belly Dance, Helena Melone: Learn core vocabulary of this ancient and inwardly
strengthening art, basic cultural styling, and have fun! (Classes are
mixed level, so movements are taught at most basic level and dynamic
layering is added to engage and challenge more experienced dancers.)
Basic Flamenco, Helena Melone:
Learn the rhythms and essential technique (brazeo - hand, arm,
and body movement - and zapateo - footwork) of flamenco’s movement
vocabulary within its traditional structure. Wear shoes with a sturdy
heel and flexible sole; no open toes or sling-backs.
Hip Hop Fusion, Shana Bloomstein:
This class is geared toward 7-12 year olds who are interested in exploring creative movement through various styles of dance including Hip Hop, Break Dancing, African, Modern, Jazz, and Ballet. Class begins with a yoga based warm-up and continues into upbeat, simple combinations across the floor. This class explores all elements of hip hop and allows each child to be part of the creative process and have FUN!
Introduction to Dance (ages 5-7), Robinson Ballet:
This class takes everyday movements such as walking, running, sliding and skipping put to music in a variety of combinations and patterns.
Junior Dance (ages 4-7), Michele Cox: Where it all begins! Inspired by the classics, this program introduces basic ballet, folk, and character steps to the young dancer.
Karate, Sensei Leo Mazerall:
Karate classes are ongoing since 1985. New students are always welcome. Visitors as well are always welcome. Our classes are held two nights a week. Students can work out either one or two nights. Classes are combined with children (ages 5 through 13 ) and adults ( 13 and older ) working out together for the first hour and adults only the last half hour. We are strongly family oriented with a majority of our student population being family groups.
